Residence for a family of 3, located on a fairly tight corner plot of 50 Sq.M., within a very dense urban fabric.
The design tries to optimize the full spatial potential of the site, and manifest the potential of the context in terms of natural light and ventilation.
The use of natural stone fins & MS projections on the East & South facade help control the sunlight. The floors are split to give an exaggerated sense of space, making the perception larger than it actually is.
